Daniel Phillip - just moments after his birth
St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT
Two days old, hanging out in the hospital, "watching the snow outside".
Just the two of us. My husband bought a digital camera for me, for Christmas. But he takes all the pictures.
Daniel at 3 months. Too many photos to add all of them.
At his 4 month check, Daniel was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. He had brain surgery the weekend before Memorial Day, at 5 months old. He did not need a shunt and reacted very well to the surgery.
He's doing very well now, no problems.
Daniel at 7 months. He's great kid, lots of fun.
Daniel loves to play with his kitchen. When he's not opening and closing doors here, he is in the real kitchen emptying drawers and opening and closing doors.
Also, everyone loves his hair. Sometimes, we call him, 'Kramer'.
Bathtime. He loves taking a bath.
In the summer, Daniel likes to go for walks. Here he is in the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden in West Hartford, CT.
Jumping ahead. Here he is at 2 years. The happiest kid we know. Almost always smiling and laughing. He brings much joy into our lives.
Here are the two kids at breakfast one morning. Not the greatest photo, but we don't have as many on the digital camera lately. With mommy into scrapping, most of the photos end up in a book. And daddy busy with work and us kids, not much time to scan photos and edit the website.
